The best way of finding culinary employment is to visit major restaurants, hotels along a restaurant row or along major hotel thoroughfares in order to meet the food manager and hand out your resumes accordingly. This personal touch often will bring out an instant invitation to work at these establishments because of your extensive 20 years of practical culinary experience.

Good luck!|||With all due respect your resume seems to indicate you have had too many jobs which may lead employers to think you are really not that good since you change jobs frequently.|||The hotel and restaurant industry has been hit very hard by the recession. Jobs that a few years ago would have gotten 15 or 20 responses are now getting over 1000. Your skill level could actually be a detriment. You may be looking for more money than the companies are willing to pay. They may think you are "too old" and can't keep up with service, even if they don't tell you this to your face.|||take some of that off of there, you are overqualified
