I have Windows 2000 Pro and i want to change the Programs menu design to look like xp or vista? Any help|||In Windows 2000, Window Blinds is the best way to change the appearance of your operating system. You can't install the latest version, but you can install the older classic version, which should work on Windows 2000. You'll have to find a Vista skin on your own.
