Im designing a menu for my menu design class and the description says to make up a three course lunch please help me out Thanks!|||For a three course...you go with:
1) soup, salad or appetizer
2) main course, (meat and vegetable)
3) dessert
e.g. garden salad
tuna club sandwich with french fries
fresh fruit salad.
or
split pea soup
chicken pot pie
melon bowl|||i assume this is for ladies?...mixed baby greens with chilled wild caught salmon and roasted yellow tomatoes. rosemary pork medallions with baby purple peruvian potatoes drizzled with italian balsamic vinegar..the dark and rich variety. ..double chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries and fresh whipped cream..this just popped up. the first cold and light..the second..earthy and flavorful..the third rich..yet simple cuz of the first two courses..i would never have three rich courses..if the first two were simple..i would have a lavish rich dessert..with a pastry or cake base...i like to go..cold..complex..simple decadence..and especially with the ladies..less is more..this is good for a mixed crowd..but i might have a two choice dessert for the guys. exotic fruits and cheese is always a pleaser and serve with a dessert wine and demitasse coffee....i cater and did madonnas pool side in miami..it was fun..not even a thank you..the houseman thanked me..and she wanted me to serve the champagne...i would not!..i uncorked the champagne and left...she watched me like a hawk and i even wore surgical gloves when helping the maid..set the tables...*****!|||Buttered peas and carrots
Scalloped Potatoes
Poached Apricots
Tomatoes stuffed with Crab Salad
Pepper slices filled with cream cheese Spread
Whole Grain bread
Looks like basically they have a main dish, a side and a dessert.
