The best thing to do is to purchase a really good software program that will enable you to create and design them yourself, if you have the ability, it's not that difficult and then, this can also help you create other things such as marketing, or flayers, post cards, invitations, etc. It's only a matter of learning it, playing with it, if your money is tight, otherwise you do need to pay a professional, nothing is free, nobody works for free, students are into studying. Print shops get you a set up and they charge a fee, everyone does nowadays, unless you have an acquaintance, family members always offered their services to me and they still charge the same they'd charge other people for my business, such as cards, stationary,etc., I go elsewhere.
