sample sales: I know sample sales are clothes are a fraction of their normal price, but is it because all the clothes there are reject/spoilt or out of season? Can someone expplain to me further about sample sales and what it's all about? Also are sample sales only limited to clothes or is it also for cosmetic items and such? Thanks.|||Pretty much sample sales sell samples of clothing made (normally are tiny sizes) or some designers use them as a regular sale for their clothes.
