A 'sample sale'?|||When designers create clothing or shoes, they make samples - to test for style, fit, etc. A Sample Sale is a sale in which a designer sells of samples of their line. They are usually unique and quite small. Because they send only one thing, or only one of each color of some clothes, the sample sale doesn't have as much stuff, but it does have some extremely unusual stuff for sale.
